The house on this street, marked number 6, used to be a monastery with an underground part. Monks used to pray in it, and they often went to heaven in prayer. There are crypts in Lithuania where the remains of the dead are extremely well-preserved and have become mummies (in the Cathedral of Varniai, in the Church of Liškiava, in the Church of St. Nicholas in Vilnius).
